Continuous analysis and evaluation of campaign performance
Definition of relevant marketing KPIs and establishment of consistent measurement methods
Preparation and presentation of management reporting and performance analyses
Preparation, provision & ownership of real-time dashboards to visualize complex data into clear, actionable insights for management decision-making
Development, optimization and automation of end-to-end marketing processes through the enhancement and integration of the marketing tech stack
Building efficient workflows, internal best practices and smooth operational processes
Ensuring alignment of all marketing initiatives with strategic company objectives
Supporting the Head of Marketing in planning, controlling and monitoring budgets in close coordination with the Finance team
Requirements
Entrepreneurial mindset, high flexibility and proven experience in actively shaping growth and scaling
Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science or a related field and at least three years of practical experience in Paid Media, Performance Marketing and Marketing Operations
Strong analytical skills and solid know-how in tracking, analytics tools and Excel
Strong data-driven decision-making skills and confident handling of relevant performance KPIs
Fluent German and English; additional languages are a plus
