Accurately update system to ensure accuracy of reserve calculations
Requirements
Bilingual (French & English) is required
Basic mathematical skills required
Excellent interpersonal skills with strong ability to communicate proficiently both verbally and in written form
1-2+ years’ experience in adjudicating claims, an asset
Working knowledge of processing and imaging systems, an asset
Knowledge of Investment Products, an asset
Working knowledge of government legislation, Insurance Act and Quebec Civil Code, an asset
Basic knowledge of administrative systems (Mainframes, AWD, iFAST), an asset
Knowledgeable in developing professional letters
