Development and further development of high-performance Web APIs and backend services
Design and implementation of new services with a clear focus on Rust
Responsibility for the maintenance, modernization and further development of existing components (e.g., Java, PHP)
Technical design and implementation of solutions within the team
Development of maintainable, testable and well-structured code following modern engineering standards
Quality assurance through automated tests and code reviews
Active participation in architectural and design decisions within the team
Working in an agile development environment with short decision-making paths

Degree or vocational training in computer science or demonstrable equivalent experience
Good knowledge in at least one of the following languages: Rust, Java or PHP
Interest in advancing your technical skills, particularly in Rust
Experience in the backend domain (APIs, services, databases, testing)
Structured, independent way of working
Sense of responsibility for code quality and long-term maintainability
Fluent German (B2 level); we offer courses to reach C1 level
