Site development & management: Independently establish and lead your regional ATERIMA CARE location
Advisory services with case management: Personal consultation for clients and their relatives
Implementation of the integrated care concept (ATERIMA CARE Regional): Organize daily living support in the home environment
Ongoing care & quality: Continuously monitor care situations and gather feedback
Marketing & sales (systematic): Implement proven online, offline and network measures

Entrepreneurial mindset and the desire to build your own location
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of advisory work, relationship-building and networking
Genuine interest in care, care planning and relieving family caregivers
Experience in sales, consulting or leadership is helpful but not required
Willingness to invest approximately €10,000 of personal capital
