Lead end-to-end picking, packing, and last-mile delivery operations for one of Zubale’s most important clients in Chile.
Ensure an outstanding client experience, supporting their daily operations.
Act as a strategist to design and implement processes that drive operational excellence and profitability.
Manage the P&L by client, store, region, product -, monitoring KPIs and controlling costs.
Lead and inspire a logistics and operations team, ensuring flawless execution and scalable results.

Professional degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
+5 years of experience in similar operations roles in face-paced environments.
Strong client management and interpersonal skills.
Proven knowledge of financial concepts (P&L, billing, budgets, collections).
Experience in retail operations or logistics services.
Track record in team leadership and managing diverse teams.
Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas and pivot tables).
Fluency in English.
