Independently plan, prioritize, manage, and execute the Corporate Compliance project portfolio.
Define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout the project’s life cycle.
Prepare and assist Director, Senior Director and/or Chief Compliance Officer in reporting to Rochester Regional Health management and the Audit and Compliance Committee.
Collaborate with health care professionals to discuss findings and offer advice and education as to how to improve compliance.
Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors.
Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Requirements
5-10 years project management experience desired; preferably in healthcare.
Strong analytical, computer, communication, and customer service skills
Demonstrated project management experience effectively working with multiple, diverse stakeholders in a complex project environment
Experience managing projects within an established standard project lifecycle framework
Lean Sigma, PMP or CAMP preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, or Healthcare Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years of experience in healthcare Compliance required.
