About this role
Role Overview
Coordinate development, formatting, and delivery of customer proposals, RFP responses, and sales presentations.
Maintain proposal templates, pricing libraries, and standard response content.
Partner with business line and solution leaders to gather required proposal inputs.
Ensure accuracy of pricing, scope language, and proposal terms.
Track proposal lifecycle from request through submission.
Maintain proposal document and version control.
Manage opportunity creation, updates, and pipeline data accuracy.
Ensure completeness of required sales documentation.
Support Salesforce data hygiene and governance initiatives.
Coordinate internal sales communications and documentation.
Support Revenue Operations reporting and forecasting inputs
Requirements
2 years of experience in an administrative, sales support, or sales operations coordination role.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
