Maintaining client and prospect records within CyberArrow's CRM system
Educating clients and answering their questions about products, prices etc.
Promote customer loyalty and act as a customer advocate
Any other duties as directed by your line manager
Requirements
Min 2-4 years experience in B2B SaaS business
A good understanding of the sales process
Champion mindset
Quick learner of IT concepts and software
Excellent written/verbal communication skills in English
Exposure to B2B SaaS applications
Minimum 2-4 years' experience in an account management or customer success role
Excellent presentation skills
University degree
Proven track record of hitting set KPIs
