Responsible and accountable for the operation of the Vault during the assigned shift.
Responsible for the assets of the Casino including currency coin and cash equivalences.
Must secure, control, and be responsible for the management of vault funds.
Maintains security and accountability of company funds located in the vault during shift.
Controls access to the vault consistent with policy and procedure.
Processes debits and credits to the vault fund.
Issues banks. Counts the vault in and out.
Prepares summary reports and reconciliation and forwards paperwork with supporting documentation to the Revenue Audit and Accounting Departments.
Summarizes gaming machine tickets.
Processes daily revenues into the vault inventory.
Prepares change orders from the bank.
Receives currency and chips from the count room.
Prepares bank deposits.
Records tickets, tokens, chips, coupons, currency, and non-negotiable items from Cashier during shift.

Requirements
High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent work experience.
Two years of casino Cage/Vault experience, or equivalent experience in a cash handling position.
Basic knowledge of general business and accounting systems and methods.
Knowledge of applicable law, regulations, rules, procedures, and administration is required.
Proficient in computers, including Microsoft Office and database applications, email, and Internet.
Proficient in 10-key and other office equipment.
Must apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency.
