Provisions, configures, and maintains all server/cloud systems.
Performs day to day administration of Microsoft Operating Systems and related services (e.g. AD, IIS, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy etc.) and other operating systems (e.g. Linux, Unix, AIX, etc.).
Configures or completes tasks to system specifications, technical, and logistical requirements.
Provisions, configures, and supports the Organization Messaging infrastructure including maintaining Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft office 365, and Outlook clients.
Provisions, configures, and supports Virtualization technology including VMWare technology.
Plans, coordinates, and maintains Enterprise System Management Tools including Microsoft Windows Update Service and System Center Configuration Manager.
Creates and monitors system stability and performance to ensure 24x7 operations and resolve service impacts as they occur.
Develops and executes planned system maintenance to minimize impact on 24x7 services.
Tests, implements, and manages procedures for data protection for Enterprise storage, server, and applications.
Manages and controls user accounts, permissions, and access to the network, systems, and applications.
Provides tier 2 support and off-hour support for technical support staff.
Recommends, evaluates, and researches new technology and tools.
Creates and maintains comprehensive documentation of all managed systems.
Assists with establishing and maintaining technical standards, policies, and procedures in keeping with industry best practices.

Requirements
High School diploma or GED certificate.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience.
Certifications in MCSE, MCITP or VCP preferred.
Two years of systems experience.
Good grasp of server operating systems and Microsoft Active Directory including knowledge of components such as AD, FSMO roles, site design, GC operation, DNS, DHCP, IIS, and WINS etc.
Experience in virtualization strategies and technology.
Must apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency.
