Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience in the Forest Products industry.
Proven track record of leading teams selling EWP and siding products.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with distribution ERP systems and ability to learn ASW quickly.
CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred).
Strong business writing, public speaking, and presentation skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
Skilled in negotiation and persuasive communication.
Ability to calculate and interpret financial and operational metrics such as gross margin, fill rate, error rates, and productivity measures.
