Support the planned growth, both in terms of size and value, of the portfolio of P3 Italy through the acquisition and disposal of standing logistics assets.
Have a great connection to both the industrial/distribution and retail asset markets and sourcing upcoming deals (on and off market).
Source, underwrite and assess potential logistic real estate acquisitions.
Build rapport with sales brokers, cooperate with leasing in handling sale and leaseback prospects.
Manage leads and follow up through daily use of project management tools until deals are closed.
Assess comparable reports, property value(s), and market conditions through research, outreach, data, site tours and gathering relevant market intelligence.
Ensure required internal approvals are obtained for each stage of the deal, write approval papers and present them to the relevant P3 committees.
Coordinate and lead the transaction of the standing assets from beginning to successful end, with the following responsibilities:
Investigating the feasibility of acquiring accretive yielding assets.
Overseeing the approval process and subsequent execution in accordance with the approved HUM/ICM and the Investment Policy.
Setting up, leading and coordinating the Deal Team for a project.
Negotiating transactional documents together with relevant Deal team members.
Signing-off on deal expenditures.
Transitioning acquired assets to the asset management.
Consistent and proper electronic filing of project documents in accordance with P3’s Document Management Policy.
Oversee weekly/bi-monthly conference calls regarding acquisition checklists to ensure items are completed on time during due diligence and closing of acquisitions/dispositions.
Collaborate with the local Italian team members involved in the acquisition processes, functioning as a consultant or coach to them through guiding them and sharing with them know-how and expertise on the investment processes and market.
Ensure smooth transfer of acquired assets to Asset Management team by establishing the Onboarding Team, together with the Onboarding Team preparing the Onboarding Checklist (“100-Day Plan”) and agreeing with the Head of M&A Finance who will lead the onboarding thereafter.
Ensure smooth transfer of acquired assets to third party buyer by establishing the Offboarding Team, together with the Offboarding Team preparing the Offboarding Checklist and leading the offboarding thereafter.

Requirements
University degree in related field.
Relevant real-estate investment experience on the Italian market (ideally in the area of logistics real estate).
Commercial mindset and drive able to distill key information and communicate to stakeholders.
Broad network of contacts (incl. brokers, agents, potential customers).
Strong analytical skills to independently analyse investment potential and price opportunities.
Quick decision making to progress/stop the opportunity/deal.
Self-driven personality with taking over the responsibility following the approved rules and principles.
Language skills: Italian (native or bilingual), English (professional working level).
