Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies.
Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making with department stakeholders.
Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering professional development and promoting best practices.
Prepare and coordinate external audits, acting as the primary liaison with auditors.
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Support improvement and building of appropriate systems and efficient processes and controls.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred.
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of accounting software (Sage Intacct and Workday Adaptive a plus) and advanced Excel skills.
Solid understanding of GAAP and financial regulations.
Ability to move beyond simple report creation to provide deep data analysis that supports “top level financial analysis”.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Capability to support the increased complexity of new product launches and enhance financial oversight as the company scales.
