About this role
Role Overview
- Conduct developmental assessments
- Provide physical therapy/occupational therapy/speech therapy services utilizing the Parent Coaching Model (Rush & Sheldon)
- Follow each child's Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP)
- Work with the family to develop strategies for developmental goals
- Provide services in the child's natural environment
- Provide re-assessments and write progress reports
- Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families
Requirements
- Occupational Therapy license
- Pediatric experience required (Early Intervention experience preferred)
- Home-based service delivery experience preferred
- Strong clinical & interpersonal skills
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus!
