run the squad with your engineering manager and design counterparts to keep delivery on track, manage scope, and prioritising as you go
execute from PRD to delivery, making sure your squad understands what problems you're solving and why they matter now
bring your own ideas, proposals, and evidence to the table
manage stakeholders across CSM, Sales, and our UK office to ensure they understand what's happening, why, and how to roll it out to their customers
participate in user research with support, and collaborate on discovery to shape problems
collaborate closely with product leaders
work with designers and engineers to ship features that are simple, loveable, and complete, not MVPs
Requirements
1-3 years' experience as a product manager, or in a role where you managed stakeholders, built trust, and practiced user empathy
Clear, proactive communication skills
Comfort working through ambiguity and a willingness to ask clarifying questions to get to the root cause
Strong operational skills
Good taste in products – you know what feels good and what doesn't, and you have a high bar for what ships
A collaborative relationship with designers and engineers that lets you work as partners, not just as delivery
This role might not be for you if… You want to own your own roadmap from day one. We will develop and train you to get there confidently, but this problem space is complicated and specialised so it will take time.
