Support the Ground Weapons System (GWS) program as an individual contributor on the Systems Engineering Team for the Ground Fire Control (GFC) product.
Develop and assist in the requirements process that supports the design and development of GWS capabilities on behalf of the Missile Defense Agency (MDA).

Requirements
Bachelors Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline from an accredited university
2 years of related work experience, or a Master's Degree and 0-2 years of related work experience.
Solid understanding of system engineering processes and principles.
Proven experience in applying them to develop product solutions.
Familiarity with DOORS, Cameo, and MBSE.
Experience with Software development and the verification of requirements.
Experience with a large-scale missile defense system like GMD.
Good communication skills.
Ability to think critically and capture concepts in work products, presentations, and discussions.
Capable of working both independently and within a team environment.
Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
