Role Overview
- Design and execute independent test plans for ML and LLMs/GenAI
- Partner with teams for sales enablement and develop proposals
- Evolve AI Governance methodologies and control libraries
- Publish insights and support marketing campaigns
- Mentor consultants and manage engagement economics
Requirements
- 3+ years hands-on AI governance/Responsible AI experience
- 5+ years in compliance, risk management, and/or professional services/consulting
- Strong Python and SQL proficiency
- Experience designing fairness/bias tests and applying explainability methods
- Practical knowledge of NIST AI RMF 1.0, ISO/IEC 42001
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus
