Role Overview
- Advising our pharmacy customers on our IXOS software
- Conducting customer appointments with technical preparation, initial training and follow-up training
- Acting as a trusted, expert advisor and an empathetic point of contact for customers
Requirements
- Completed training as a Pharmaceutical Technical Assistant (PTA) or Pharmaceutical Commercial Assistant (PKA)
- Careful, structured and methodical working style
- Team player who enjoys interacting with customers
- Flexible and willing to work in the field
- Valid Class 3/B driving license
