Lead overall financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial strategy
Lead the Finance and Controlling team (10 employees)
Ensure accurate, transparent and compliant financial reporting
Responsible for all financial closings, formal corporate matters and the management of internal reporting
Responsible for liquidity and cashflow management
Manage insurance as well as financial and corporate risks
Evaluate investments, business cases and cost structures
Provide financial analyses to support management decision-making
Further develop governance, control and compliance processes
Work closely with Financial Controlling in an operational role
Serve as a sparring/strategic partner for the CEO

Several years of leadership experience in a senior finance role (CFO, Head of Finance or similar)
Deep understanding of financial planning, controlling, reporting and risk/liquidity management
Experience in evaluating investments, cost structures and business cases
Strong knowledge of compliance, audit requirements and internal control systems
Analytical, structured and decisive
Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
