Prepare installations by reviewing the system’s technical specifications and confirming internal and client-side technical and hardware prerequisites to ensure on-time completion
Perform on-site system installations and provide client onboarding training to commission equipment in accordance with the specification
Carry out regular and/or preventive maintenance according to the defined protocol for the relevant system to meet compliance or contractual requirements
Diagnose and resolve system malfunctions on-site and/or via remote access to restore operational status
Maintain regular follow-up and a high-quality relationship with the client to sustain long-term commercial relationships
Write external and internal activity reports and log work in the dedicated service management software to ensure traceability and correct cost allocation
Act as the liaison between factory experts and the client to resolve complex technical issues
Contribute to the preparation of quotes/technical estimates for systems in the installed base to ensure compatibility and feasibility
Requirements
Qualification in electronics, engineering or a related industrial field
Experience preferred in analytical instrumentation (e.g., elemental analysis for quality and process control, or materials research)
Experience in repair of capital equipment highly valued
Experience in After-Sales Service on X-ray Fluorescence (EDXRF/WDXRF) or X-ray Diffraction (XRD) systems would be an advantage
Good command of English (minimum B2 required)
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently
Good listening skills and sound decision-making ability
