About this role
Role Overview
You will develop, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot your team services.
You will have full ownership of the code you produce.
You will write well designed, testable, and scalable code by clean code principles.
You will have a general overview and understanding of the interactions and dependencies in the entire system.
You will work autonomously on challenging tasks.
You will grow towards full stack development and for us, this means working primarily on backend development but also expanding your knowledge on working with databases, system design, alerting and monitoring tools and frontend development.
You will work within the agile framework (Scrum, LESS) and have a dedicated Product Manager.
You will participate with your team in agile practices such as sprint planning and retrospectives.
You will give suggestions regarding architecture and service design.
You will expand and improve your knowledge both internally and externally and be a part of the engineering community.
Requirements
You have experience working with Java version 8 and above.
You have experience with Spring and Spring Boot development.
You have good knowledge and understanding of object-oriented principles.
You have good knowledge and understanding of data structures and algorithms.
You have experience working with concurrent and multi-tier applications.
You are recognizing the value of code-review and experience with code testing (unit, integration).
You have a good understanding of RESTful services.
