Partner closely with GTM teams, Engineering, Customer Success, and product leadership to ensure our roadmap is optimized for sales effectiveness, customer expansion, and market share growth.
Build compelling justifications for product investments, quantifying revenue impact, market demand, and strategic alignment.
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to identify revenue-accelerating opportunities and prioritize initiatives that address sales blockers and expansion friction.
Participate selectively in late-stage deals to unblock adoption, clarify roadmap direction, and capture evidence of what would close or save deals.
Contribute to customer advisory boards and design partner programs to validate product direction and de-risk major investments.
Bring proven outbound product methodologies and best practices to strengthen the Product team's commercial orientation.
Share expertise on go-to-market tactics, revenue optimization strategies, and sales-driven prioritization approaches.
Model effective GTM collaboration and mentor other product managers on commercial strategy and competitive positioning.
Leverage AI-native ways of working in product development, including using AI for research synthesis, prototyping, experimentation, writing, analysis, and faster decision-making.
Partner closely with Product Design and Engineering to define and prioritize the feature roadmap, evaluating new capabilities and making strategic trade-off decisions based on commercial insights, customer needs, and business impact.
Requirements
7+ years in product management with at least one year working as an AI-native product manager.
Demonstrated success as a Senior Product Manager in B2B SaaS, with direct experience partnering with enterprise customers to uncover needs and translate complex problems into product decisions.
Deep expertise in outbound product practices including win/loss analysis, competitive positioning, and sales-driven product planning.
Strong customer-facing presence with ability to build trust with enterprise stakeholders, lead discovery conversations, and represent product credibly with both users and executives.
Strong learning agility and intellectual curiosity—with the ability to pick up new tools, technologies, and domains quickly and adapt as markets evolve.
