Master's degree (Engineering school, Business school or equivalent university degree)
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role (Bid Management, Pre-sales or management of complex projects), ideally in defense, aerospace or high-technology sectors (HW/SW)
Active listening and synthesis skills: ability to extract the essentials from dense specifications
Leadership and project management: ability to mobilize multidisciplinary teams under tight deadlines
Excellent writing skills: flawless style to structure compelling arguments
Analytical mindset: absolute rigor in costing and compliance with procedures
