Role Overview
- Support resume screening processes and analysis of behavioral profiles
- Conduct and assist in group exercises and collective interviews
- Attend individual interviews, internal and external, alongside the Recruitment & Selection team
- Support the organization, facilitation, and follow-up of workshops and learning programs
- Assist with schedule management and coordinate interview scheduling
- Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and observations
- Support initiatives and projects in the area focused on candidate experience and process improvement
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Psychology degree program.
