Role Overview
Support the marketing function holistically — with a focus on sustainable organic growth and clean tracking.
SEO & Content: Keyword and topic architecture, briefings, on-page/technical SEO, structured data, internal linking, quality control of content (guides/FAQs/landing pages).
Performance Marketing: Operational setup and maintenance of campaigns (Google Ads/Meta), testing roadmap, budget oversight, reporting (CPA/ROAS/CR).
Web & Analytics: Event measurement via GTM (including Consent Mode), GA4 or Umami, disciplined UTM standards, dashboards/reports (e.g., Looker Studio).
Website Operations: Coordination with development/design (e.g., WordPress/headless), A/B testing, conversion optimization, monitoring Core Web Vitals.
Social Media & CRM: Editorial calendar, organic posts, paid ads, newsletter flows (e.g., Brevo/HubSpot), segmentation and automations.
Stakeholder Management: Coordination with internal teams and selected agencies/freelancers — pragmatic, structured, and deadline-oriented.
Compliance & Quality: HWG-compliant (German Medicines Advertising Act) messaging, data protection standards, and a trustworthy tone for sensitive health topics.
Requirements
3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing (SEO/performance/content), ideally in healthcare, e‑commerce, or another regulated environment.
SEO foundation: information architecture, technical SEO, content operations; demonstrable organic growth projects.
Performance know-how: campaign setup, testing logic, understanding of attribution, and routine KPI reporting.
Tracking competence: GTM/consent frameworks, GA4 or Umami; clean event models and UTM discipline.
Web affinity: Comfortable collaborating with dev/design teams; hands-on WordPress experience and basic HTML/CSS/JS knowledge are a plus.
Communication: Very good German (C1/C2) and good English; meticulous and reliable working style.
Nice to have: Experience with telemedicine/pharmacy processes, PR/thought leadership, and server-side tracking.
