Role Overview
Act as a primary FP&A business partner to senior leaders, providing financial insight to support operational and strategic decision-making
Proactively engage stakeholders to understand business drivers, risks, and opportunities, translating financial data into clear and actionable insights
Support leadership with ad-hoc analysis related to growth initiatives, restructuring activities, compensation changes, and investment decisions
Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and working versions for Product Centre teams
Prepare monthly financial presentation materials to report on the department’s status against, and ability to meet, its financial, strategic, and operational objectives
Manage and validate commission models and calculations
Prepare and review monthly financial reporting materials, including performance summaries, variance explanations, and executive-level commentary
Contribute to consolidated reporting and performance dashboards used for senior management reviews and board-level materials
Requirements
Strong experience in financial modelling, planning, forecasting, and executive reporting
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to influence decision making
Proven ability to translate financial data into clear business insights for senior leadership
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools
Professional accounting designation (CPA) preferred
