Passion for social media, content creation & digital marketing
Analytical thinking and data-driven optimization
Enthusiasm for ingredient-driven, honest skincare
Entrepreneurial mindset — you want to shape and build, not just take orders
Willingness to commit and get involved — at least 15–20 hours per week to start
