As a member of our Purchasing Department, you will work to ensure tightly coordinated supply chains and apply the latest innovations in the automotive industry.
Strong background in managing supplier performance, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement using methodologies such as Six Sigma or equivalent approaches.
Proficiency with relevant tools and systems (e.g., SAP, Minitab or equivalent), combined with the ability to manage engineering changes and analyze key quality KPIs effectively.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a comparable technical field
5–8 years of experience in Quality or Supplier Quality Management within electronics, including at least 3 years of hands‑on supplier management (complaints, audits, PPAP, APQP, escalations)
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and their impact on quality, supported by experience managing multiple supplier-related development projects and using tools such as SAP or Minitab
Proven experience overseeing multiple procurement and product development projects, and a solid grasp of various manufacturing processes and associated risks across the product lifecycle
Ability to produce clear documentation and reports, and to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Fluent written and spoken English; German or Finnish proficiency is an advantage.
