Requirements
3-4 years of proven experience managing social media and creating short-form video content for a brand
You are comfortable and confident on camera
Working knowledge of video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar)
Experience with community management: you've built, nurtured, or moderated an online community and you understand the difference between broadcasting and actually connecting
Self-starter with a bias toward action
you don't wait for a perfect brief to start creating
Comfortable working cross-functionally with a content manager, video editor, marketing team, and leadership
Based in Canada, with Toronto preferred for in-person filming
