You support management in day-to-day operations and ensure everything runs smoothly
You maintain and manage our commercial insurance contracts in the broker management system
You review existing contracts, obtain quotes, and compare them
You assist in preparing quotes and contracts
You coordinate appointments and prepare for and follow up on client meetings
You communicate with commercial clients, insurance partners, and service providers
You keep track of all processes and ensure nothing falls through the cracks

Completed vocational training as an Insurance Clerk/Insurance Specialist or an equivalent qualification is required
Good knowledge of property/casualty (P&C) insurance — ideally with experience in commercial lines
You work in a structured, independent, and reliable manner
You enjoy organizing, take initiative, and are eager to optimize processes behind the scenes
You are communicative, a team player, responsible, and comfortable interacting with clients and insurers
You present yourself in a friendly, confident, and professional manner
