About this role
Role Overview
Development and implementation of software solutions: Participate in various client projects, develop new features, and maintain existing software for our customers.
Collaboration in a small, agile team: Work closely with other team members and, depending on the project, with our clients' teams.
Active contribution to company processes and collaborative development of solutions.
Main point of contact for all SAP matters: You will drive the SAP landscape at Biga.
Understand and implement customer requirements: Analyze client needs and develop tailored solutions.
Requirements
Experience in ABAP programming: Solid knowledge of S/4 HANA and at least one relevant module—preferably SD or MM.
Professional experience: At least five years in professional software development, ideally across different projects and technology stacks.
Willingness to learn new technologies: You'll encounter a diverse mix of technologies. We value openness to learning new tools and technologies more than having experience with everything up front.
Ideally, you already have initial exposure to technologies such as Node.js or Java.
Project management & customer communication: Confident and structured communication with clients is part of everyday work—whether in meetings, follow-ups, or clarifying requirements.
Independent work style and initiative: Ability to work remotely and manage projects autonomously.
Communication skills and team spirit: Strong communication skills and willingness to actively collaborate within the team.
Clean Code: Understanding and application of Clean Code principles to ensure long-term maintainability.
German language skills: Fluent German is required due to close coordination with the client.
