Input and retrieve data from a computer including specialized software programs for the IT division
Maintain files and records, including organizing and establishing appropriate filing processes
Greet customers in-person, online, and on calls and answer questions about services
Type reports, forms, and other documents
Make copies and operate general office equipment and machines
Provide information from reports and records, including confidential information
Design and edit forms and correspondence for final review
Transcribe documents from audio files
Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
Maintain calendars and schedule meetings, appointments, and conferences
Take notes at meetings as needed
May assist with bookkeeping responsibilities, including handling cash, program budgets and expenditures
Handle billing, requisitions, and purchase orders
May assist with payroll and time tracking responsibilities
Perform other related duties as required
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
Two (2) years of clerical experience
An equivalent combination of job-related education and experience (substituting each 1 year of post-secondary education/training for 6 months of experience)
Specific experience using specialized computers or software packages may be required
A valid, lawful Driver license may be required
