Design and implementation of new features and applications
Conduct code reviews and actively ensure code quality
Actively contribute to technical concepts, architectures, and development standards
Sustainable reduction of technical debt and continuous improvement of existing systems
Close collaboration with product management and the development team

Completed vocational training or a degree in computer science, mathematics, or a comparable field — or equivalent practical experience
At least 5 years of professional experience in PHP and Laravel development
Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and web architectures
Experience maintaining and evolving long-lived, production web applications
Willingness to take responsibility for code quality and technical decisions beyond your own code
Structured, quality-conscious working style as well as teamwork and personal responsibility
Experience with automated testing in the PHP/Laravel environment (e.g., PHPUnit, Pest)
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and structured deployment processes
Confident use of version control (Git) and modern development workflows
High awareness of code quality, maintainability, and performance
