Role Overview
- Provide accurate parts interpretation and solutions to customers
- Handle enquiries across phone, counter, email, web, and chat
- Generate quotes, process orders through to invoicing, and manage returns
- Collaborate closely with service and distribution teams to meet customer needs
- Look for opportunities to upsell value-added parts promotions
Requirements
- A customer-centric mindset and excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy in work
- Experience in heavy diesel/mechanical industry, or a related field, preferred
- Confidence using MS Office applications, ERPs, and other software
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams to get the best outcomes for customers
