Own and manage the product backlog for data and analytics features related to payment performance, transaction monitoring, and operational insights.
Define and prioritize user stories, epics, and product features based on business value, user feedback, and insights from data analysis.
Work closely with stakeholders (e.g., finance, operations, analytics) to understand user needs and translate them into clear product requirements.
Analyze payment and transaction data to inform feature development, identify user pain points, and uncover growth opportunities.
Collaborate with design and frontend teams to craft intuitive UI/UX flows for dashboards, anomaly alerts, and reporting interfaces.
Map end-to-end user journeys for both internal users (e.g., analysts, ops teams) and external users (e.g., merchants), ensuring usability and clarity.
Use tools like Grafana, Tableau, or custom-built dashboards to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of product changes.
Continuously monitor key payment metrics (e.g., success rates, chargebacks, processing latency) to define product KPIs and influence roadmap priorities.
Ensure data consistency and integrity by working with engineers and analysts to define validation logic and edge-case handling.
Drive product discovery and experimentation by testing small iterations, gathering feedback, and refining based on measurable outcomes.
Align product vision and delivery timelines with cross-functional teams to support business goals and regulatory needs.
