Define user flows, information architecture, and interaction models, shaping systems of behavior across touchpoints, not just individual screens.
Be responsible for managing a diverse range of work tasks and projects, including crafting, pitching, and/or validating design decisions made.
Ensure experiences are cohesive, intentional, and grounded in real user needs.
Assess changing project requirements and client needs in order to make necessary trade-offs and/or adjustments to your day-to-day workflow.
Seek out user/engagement data, proven design patterns, and co-worker input to aid in your design efforts.
Thoroughly and accurately document your progress and share your knowledge with others.
Requirements
8+ years of experience working in product, experience, and/or service design.
A strong portfolio demonstrating UX leadership, collaborative exploration, and concept development — including sketching, storyboarding, journey mapping, and experience narratives grounded in research
Proficiency with industry standard design and prototyping tools, specifically Figma.
Group facilitation skills, including the ability to make conversations tangible, and advocate for user and project needs on the fly.
Impeccable attention to detail, with ability to work creatively around difficult business, technical and resource constraints.
The ability to manage large projects with repetitive design tasks with a high degree of focus, attention and passion.
Benefits
This contract position pays between $130 and $150 hourly.
Individual pay ranges are determined by a wide variety of factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.
This position may be eligible for paid sick leave.
