Perform high-volume recruitment, focusing on customer service, retail and operations roles;
Support hiring managers in defining candidate profiles, attraction strategy and job posting channels;
Use recruitment and selection platforms (Gupy and/or Pandapé) to organize, manage and optimize selection processes;
Develop and conduct competency-based interviews, group exercises and technical and behavioral assessments;
Work with a focus on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) throughout attraction and selection processes;
Lead and/or support the onboarding process for new employees;
Monitor and analyze Recruitment & Selection metrics (time-to-fill, SLA, quality of hire, etc.);
Maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners, when necessary.
Requirements
Experience with high-volume recruitment, especially for customer service, retail or operations areas
Experience with ATS platforms, such as Gupy or Pandapé;
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related fields.
