Role Overview
- Collaborate directly with data scientists and mission analysts to solve complex strategic problems
- Perform end-to-end software engineering activities, including prototyping, development, integration, testing, and deployment
- Operationalize data science solutions within the customer’s enterprise architecture
- Develop innovative analytic tools that scale to large data environments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 11+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Strong experience with: Jupyter Notebooks
- Java MapReduce
- Python (PySpark)
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning fundamentals
- Experience working within big data environments, including data flow and enterprise architectures
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, GitLab, and Agile methodologies
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
