Coordination of collaboration with Sales, Marketing, IT and Customer Service.
Development of value propositions, pricing strategies and go-to-market concepts.
Responsibility for the successful market launch of new products and services.
Monitoring product performance, evaluating relevant KPIs and deriving optimization measures.
Conducting regular market and customer analyses for the continuous development of the product portfolio.

Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Product Management or related field.
Experience in product management – ideally with a focus on data
or technology-driven products.
Strong skills in strategic product development, pricing, product marketing and portfolio management.
Solid knowledge of market/competitive analysis and building go-to-market concepts.
Experience leading specialist teams or cross-functional workstreams.
Strong understanding of KPIs, data analysis and agile methods (Scrum, Kanban).
Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Dynamics and CRM systems.
Empathetic and clear communication at all levels – from team members to senior management.
Innovation-driven, ownership mentality and entrepreneurial thinking.
Excellent German and English skills.
