About this role
Role Overview
Independently execute monthly payroll runs
Thoroughly review payroll and ensure an error-free year-end closing
Responsible for the calculation and reporting of social insurance contributions, family allowances and withholding tax (tax at source)
Advise employees and managers on payroll and social insurance matters
Maintain payroll master data accurately
Analyze and optimize processes and internal reporting procedures
Requirements
At least three years of solid payroll experience in Switzerland
Strong knowledge of Swiss social insurance law, especially withholding tax (tax at source) and cross-border commuters (frontaliers)
Commercial vocational training complemented by further education in HR or social insurance (Fachausweis or CAS)
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas)
Proficient with SAP and SuccessFactors
Excellent written and spoken German and good English skills
