Role Overview
- Design and develop business-critical backend applications in close collaboration with stakeholders and analysts.
- Responsible for the continuous improvement and optimization of platforms and solutions.
- Active member of an interdisciplinary Scrum team.
- Contribute technical expertise on architectural decisions and technical challenges.
- Take a central role in internalizing the technical know-how of external partners.
Requirements
- Solid experience in backend development.
- Knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, BPMN, REST services (OpenAPI), DevOps (Jenkins, Maven), Docker/Kubernetes, AMQP (RabbitMQ), Grafana, Kibana, MSSQL.
- Experience with Azure Cloud Services and Camunda (ideal).
- Very good German and English skills (at least B2/C1).
- Residence in Switzerland (Swiss citizen or holder of a Swiss work permit).
