Observe and interact with the audience in the brand’s tone to build relationships and encourage engagement.
Generate opportunities based on analysis of fan behavior and events related to the brand.
Prepare the brand’s social calendar together with Media and Creative teams, identifying opportunities and issues that arise day-to-day to include in content and editorials.
Monitor the brand’s activity across its digital channels, evaluating engagement rates and the relevance of posts and seeking to optimize performance. Implement course corrections and identify new interaction opportunities.
Upload posts according to the schedule.
Coordinate with the BI team on your projects to incorporate data-driven insights into your observations and analyses.
Participate in developing briefs together with Account, Creative and Media, compiling the annual content plan to be published according to client planning.
Manage crisis communications, preparing reports that outline necessary adjustments, correcting content, and analyzing reach, comments, likes and potential negative perceptions of the product.
Develop message frameworks, define strategic roles for channels, and design consumer engagement ecosystems across funnel stages to support the overall communication strategy of the brands.
Content benchmarking;
Monitor trending topics on social networks;
Identify content opportunities for the client;
Create content-focused ideas and/or collaborate with Creative on content concepts;
Suggest influencer names for social activations and campaigns;
Define channels;
Define messaging for each channel;
Create content timelines considering message and channel;
Perform other related duties as requested, instructed, or supervised by your immediate manager to contribute to the team and your professional development.
Requirements
Degree in Advertising, Marketing or related fields.
Deep understanding of current social networks, their formats, variations, and new execution trends, and, where possible, knowledge of partners that can add value to the work.
Experience scheduling and calendaring social actions.
Ease in interacting with agency departments.
Familiarity with Keynote.
English (desired).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, social media monitoring tools and client dashboards.
A strong repertoire of the social and digital world.
