You conceptualize and plan video content for YouTube, Shorts, Reels & TikTok – cross-platform and performance-focused
You edit videos, create thumbnails, craft titles & hashtags – in the style of modern crypto/finance content creators (clean, catchy, high-quality).
You analyze KPIs such as CTR, watch time & conversion rates and derive concrete optimizations.
You repurpose existing raw material (calls, workshops, ads, etc.) into high-quality video content.
You proactively propose relevant video formats and topics from crypto, DeFi, trading, mindset and finance.

At least 2 years of experience in social media/video content (preferably YouTube)
Proven success in organic growth or performance marketing (e.g., >100k views, strong CTRs, successful Reels/Shorts)
Proficient with Premiere Pro, Final Cut or DaVinci Resolve
Understanding of storytelling, hook design & audience retention
Interest in or experience with crypto / DeFi / financial education / investing
Independent, structured working style & eagerness to take responsibility
Excellent German and English, spoken and written.
