Implement on-page SEO improvements, including metadata optimization, internal linking, content structure enhancements, and keyword alignment
Support technical SEO initiatives by identifying issues, validating fixes, and collaborating with engineering or platform teams as needed
Review parent .EDU properties managed by university partners to identify user experience improvements and internal cross-linking opportunities that help prospective online students more easily discover relevant programs on our website
Monitor organic performance trends for assigned partners and support reporting on traffic, rankings, and leads
Collaborate with SEO managers and cross-functional partners to ensure recommendations are implemented accurately and on schedule
Maintain documentation, workflows, and optimization standards to support consistent execution across a complex, multi-site portfolio
Requirements
2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience executing on-page, content, and technical SEO initiatives in a professional or agency environment across multiple websites or a large, complex site environment
Proven ability to identify optimization opportunities and execute SEO recommendations that improve organic performance
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with managers and cross-functional partners and clearly explain SEO recommendations and findings
Familiarity with SEO performance measurement and reporting using common analytics and SEO platforms
