Managing employee documentation, including employee records, contracts, and leave processes , ensuring accuracy and compliance
Acting as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries via phone, chat, and case management tools; identifying issues and delivering effective solutions for employees and managers
Supporting the HR function and business lines by handling day-to-day HR requests and questions from employees and people managers
Providing operational support in the management and maintenance of HR systems , ensuring data quality and process efficiency
Measuring, analyzing, and reporting HR service data to identify areas for improvement and support solution recommendations
Supporting onboarding policies, processes, and learning material creation , ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience from day one
Requirements
English and Italian language proficiency at the C1–C2 level.
Experience working in an HR team
Solid understanding of HR processes and operations.
Experience with ticketing systems is considered an asset.
Strong and effective communication skills are essential for success in this role.
