Own the global network architecture for Pattern
Function as the most senior technical authority in India
Proactively identify issues and deliver future-proof architectural improvements
Execute global network projects with minimal oversight
Lead the architecture and design of Pattern’s global network (offices, warehouses, cloud)
Develop scalable standards for routing, switching, SD-WAN, segmentation, WLAN, and NAC
Evaluate new technologies and practices to enhance resiliency, performance, and visibility
Drive end-to-end project execution, coordinating with global teams and vendors as needed
Diagnose complex networking and security problems independently
Implement lasting solutions, not just band-aid fixes

15+ years of deep, hands-on networking experience in global enterprise environments
Proven ability to architect (not just operate) large, complex multi-site networks
Expert-level proficiency in: BGP, OSPF, SD-WAN (Fortinet preferred), Firewalling (FortiGate), switching (FortiSwitch), centralized management (FortiManager), High-availability/disaster recovery (HA/DR), routing failover, ISP redundancy, NAC / 802.1X / certificate-based auth (Portnox a plus)
Enterprise Wi-Fi architectures
Strong experience designing networks for warehouses, distribution centers, and high-density offices
Excellent, fluent English (written & spoken)
Ability to create professional design documents and present to senior leadership
Demonstrated independence: can deliver from problem to solution without oversight.
