The Platforms Engineer will be responsible for the administration, integration, and optimisation of key business platforms including ConnectWise, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
This role combines hands-on technical support, systems engineering, and process improvement to ensure seamless platform performance, reliability, and scalability.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting both internal teams and customers by maintaining operational excellence across core systems and implementing automation to drive efficiency.
Requirements
Proven experience administering and supporting ConnectWise, M365 platforms.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and Azure resource management.
Solid understanding of ITIL principles and service desk operations.
Experience providing Level 2 and Level 3 technical support.
Proficiency with scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Power Automate).
Familiarity with APIs, integration tools, and workflow automation.
Experience managing Windows Server and networking infrastructure.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented, with strong documentation and process discipline.
Continuous learner with a proactive approach to technology and process improvement.
