Marketing and Communications Coordinator, Early Career

Role Overview

• Represent EnergiSystems at career fairs, trade shows, and community events
• Set up and tear down event booths, displays, and materials
• Engage with candidates and community members face-to-face
• Support hiring managers with job postings and initial candidate outreach
• Capture jobsite photos and videos for use in marketing materials
• Create basic graphics and content using tools like Canva
• Assist with social media posts, website updates, and internal communications
• Help maintain brand consistency across materials and platforms
• Coordinate marketing materials, signage, and promotional items
• Assist with company events and employee engagement activities
• Support projects that strengthen our employer brand and community presence

Requirements

• Required Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field OR equivalent experience through internships, student projects, or volunteer work
• Comfortable interacting with people in person
• Willing to travel locally for events and jobsite visits
• Interested in learning marketing fundamentals and growing your skills
• Preferred (Not Required): 0-2 years of marketing or communications experience
• Familiarity with Canva, social media platforms, or basic content creation
• Experience helping with events, fairs, or community outreach
• Interest in photography or videography
