Identify sources of waste and propose improvement action plans that deliver measurable, sustainable gains.
Participate in the deployment of the HPS (Hager Production System) at the Bischwiller site.
Collaborate cross-functionally with all HPS stakeholders (Group Lean, production, maintenance, quality, safety, etc.).
Facilitate employees’ adoption of continuous improvement tools through training and by supporting managers and teams.
Requirements
You are studying for a general engineering degree and are looking for a work-study/apprenticeship placement.
You demonstrate a genuine interest in and motivation for Lean Manufacturing.
You are proficient in English in a professional environment (minimum B2 level).
You are proficient with Microsoft Office and have an interest in digitalization.
You show initiative and autonomy and enjoy working as part of a team.
Your ability to teach and your strong interpersonal skills will be key assets for succeeding in this role.
