Technical customer acquisition & consulting: Acquire new customers through informed consultation on our manufacturing capabilities and identify opportunities for optimization.
Feasibility analysis: Understand customer requirements and analyze inquiries (drawings, CAD data) for manufacturability.
Quotation preparation & costing: Responsible for the commercial and technical preparation of quotations.
Project support: As the customer’s central point of contact, you oversee projects technically and commercially from the initial inquiry through to delivery.
Relationship management: Maintain existing customer relationships and develop them long-term through professional, competent support.
Requirements
Knowledge of modern manufacturing technologies
Proven experience in selling technical services or technically complex products
Ability to quickly interpret technical drawings and specifications
Strong closing skills and a solution-oriented mindset
Business-fluent German (and ideally good English) and a confident manner
